Small thing, big impact: Help a Mother Out works to improve baby and family well being by increasing access to diapers for families in need. Our vision is a day when every baby has a healthy supply of diapers. Our flagship “diaper bank” is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 2009 we have distributed over 6 million diapers and other hygiene supplies to over 30 agencies in the Greater Bay Area. Eighty-nine percent of participating social workers report that our diaper program significantly affects their program’s capacity to serve and sustain clients.

Help a Mother Out is a fiscally sponsored project of Community Initiatives, a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, federal tax id 94-3255070.
